A little background

     I delivered pizza all through college and came back to delivering food recently as a second job. After receiving one bad tip too many, I began to get frustrated. I had the idea of putting the names of the bad tippers up on the Net and  looked around for a site that was already in place where I could do this. There is a website that used to have a bad tipper database but the database has been down for months and I couldn't find another one. So, I decided that I would make my own and here it is.
